Version 6 is stressful, you cannot download the installer, we have to log in online. When you get online, it's very hard to log in, takes a lot of time to load. I love the old version, please try to fix this mess. I'm so disappointed.
V6 does not work! I don't get or receive messages and can't route to the email as before. The app and its web version say: "Sent", yet the recipient gets nothing. No more icon to tell you if Chikka is connected or not. And during the upgrade from V5, it forces you to either sign up using one of the social media sites (FB, linked-in) or supply your cell phone. 0 stars.
I use Chikka from my PC and have never used a mobile phone with it. It is now prompting for my mobile but won't accept it. It says it's an invalid number. Fix this, please.
I tried but nothing happened, bring back the previous one, your new version is like garbage. Kindly inform us about your latest improvement. I do not know what to do. Misery, agony and persecution to all Chikka users. It is ruthless and insensitive to the user's plight.
I like Chikka v4 but now it is very hard to open it nowadays, I do not know why. Could the developer kindly return the old Chikka v4 because this new Chikka v6 is a hard task to manage.
I tested Chikka v6 on my PC's web browser. It works fine yet it's hard to be familiar with even you are an old Chikka v5 user. Sadly speaking, all contacts from v5 were deleted. I hope they will also release the Chikka v6 desktop version just like the old ones.
The steps mentioned have been done & I got the reply that the activation code will be sent to my phone number, but till now, no activation code is received. Therefore, I cannot use Chikka text now. Please check this out.
After you upgraded to version 6, so many people don't have Chikka anymore, can you please activate the Chikka Text Messenger 5 again? it's really hard for us to communicate in the Philippines.
