For all of us who were chikka ID user and upgraded to v6 finding out our beloved contacts gone. I don't think chikka would have a way to return it like it the previous version.
To get back of our contact you can go to im.chikka.com sign in to your chikka ID follow the instruction for the activation and you can see your contacts back. Now cut and paste them one by one and save them on your mobile. v6 is not the same as v5/v4 were contacts are kept as you upgrade. I don't think chikka informed that we will lose contacts who are and what is the main purpose of chikka. Contacts are the lifeblood or backbone of this apps.
Are you sure? Most of us complain about version 6. It doesn't work and you just said you have been using it for a long time? Honestly, I don't believe you.
