Сhikka version 6 is not user friendly. It is so hard to delete messages and when you click the names, messages keep coming back even if they are deleted. Hoping that Chikka will be revised. Again, its version is so hard to use. It has lots of disappointments in it.
I agree. I don't receive my new and old messages either. When I delete my old ones, they keep coming back too. When I use my computer to login to chikka, it keeps saying Ooops, there's a problem. Try back later. I like the old version 5.0. It works very good.
You chikka! I had credits on my previous account! I noticed a while ago, the app required me to sign in using my mobile number but I was using it this morning! I remembered that I'm still signed in! But then, when I tried to enter my mobile number and waited for the activation code and finally signed in, BOOM! My messages were gone and the contacts as well!! You Chikka, give back my credits, my contacts, and my messages! This is so frustrating!
Oh my Gosh... We cannot use this Chikka V.6 because they have to pay the Credits now. And it doesn't matter if you have your old Chikka V.5, it will not work anyway. The bottom line here is no matter what you going to pay for that.
Can I please have the previous version? I lost all my messages there after I updated it and I felt bad about it...coz I sent important messages there and everything is gone
I have always a very frustrating experience with Chikka Version 6; when I send messages, either the recipient will not receive it or the messages are lost or the recipient will receive my messages after 2 days.
Version 5 was really good. I wonder why it was to be updated to Version 6 which is so very disappointing . . . Can the Chikka management look at this? Can you bring back Version 5?
